De Fietsambassade takes care of your personal data with respect for your privacy. We therefore apply the General Data Protection Regulation.
For which purpose, with whom and for how long?
When you submit the data, you authorize us to use this data for the reservation of rental material and for invoicing. We only share the information with our subcontractors who do maintenance of our rental material. We delete your data starting from 13 months after termination of the last rental contract.
Your rights
You always have the right to view your data and to edit wrong data. Do you want De Fietsambassade to stop using your data earlier? Please let us know via info.defietsambassade@stad.gent. In some cases, you can also have your data deleted.
Do you suspect that someone may be using your personal data illegally? Please notify us via info.defietsambassade@stad.gent. You also have the right to submit a complaint with Vlaamse Toezichtcommissie voor de verwerking van persoonsgegevens.
